Hi, Victor 

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!  We have 2 blue Dell CD’s – one says Dell E173FP Color Monitor, the other, Dell Axim X51v/X51, Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Getting Started CD.  Those are the only ones we have.We have our computer plugged into a phone jack and we have Verizon DSL.  Our computer is:Dimension 5100.

For all my computer repairs and service I always go to ALLTECH Computer Center.  I have tried other places but no one gives the service and dependability that ALLTECH gives.  Have been a satisfied customer for many years.  This last year I took their Remote Software which made my life a little easier.  In stead of having to take the computer in they can now service computer problems on line which is a big plus for me.  Look forward to Victor handling my problems in a speedy professional manor.  Can't say enough about the good computer work and service they do.

 In testimonial of Victor and Vic, how can you explain in appreciation, of two people, that you have been friends for nearly 37 years, as such friendship, is very rare these days in our world.

             After first retiring from the police department I got into computers for myself in the early 90’s, but having known them when they were so expensive that the average person could not have afford one, but had the friendship, of Vic who would take time out of his busy schedule where he worked to explain them to me, thus I started to learn about them.  After meeting Victor, in the mid 80’s, through his dad, Vic, the friendship continued, up until the computer shop, Known as Software Corner, and then Alltech’s Computers, currently on Jefferson Ave, in La Porte.  I obtained my Microsoft tech license, and worked at the store off and on for 2 years as a helping tech to Victor.  It is at this time I got to know Victor well, and his great knowledge of computers.  I learned that Victor, through his customers had honest and truthful dealings with all customers that came into his store.  He also was helpful to people over the phone on problems they asked of him and he was willing to share his knowledge, which was greater than my own to everybody that needed help.  Victor has built up his business on Truth and Honesty, which is the best you can ask from anybody, with business dealings. In short, you will not find any better person from Victor to the rest of his family to deal with you on business matters, and what makes this business go is the fact after a business sell is done, you are not forgotten.  This business is built on friendship with customers, and honesty. 

            After becoming ill with a sickness that has totally disabled me I still have the friendship of the above two people, and was not forgotten.  This is true friendship, that we share and you will find this care and friendship  in his place of business as well.

I have been dealing with Alltech for about 20 years now.  During that time I have built or upgraded about 50-60 computers for myself and friends and have relied exclusively on Victor for my parts and technical expertise.  Victor would always help me to find the fastest systems for my games, and many times Victor would let me experiment with different processors, video cards, and motherboard combinations to find the ones that worked best with my programs.

Recommendation of Alltech,
